Election 2026

On November 3, 2026, the City of Weston Lakes will go to the polls to elect the positions of Three (3) Council Members for a two (2) year term. If you wish to run for these positions, you can download the “Candidate Packet” with an application for a place on the ballot, below, or pick up a packet at the Weston Lakes City office, at 8045 FM 359, Suite #200, Fulshear, TX. 77441, during regular office hours (Monday & Wednesday 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.) beginning mid July 2026 (TBD by the state). Applications must be filed with the City Secretary by the designated deadline. To be eligible for municipal office, a candidate must be a US citizen, 18 years of age or older, have not been found mentally incompetent or convicted of a felony and have resided continuously in the state for 12 months and in the city for 6 months preceding the deadline for filing. Please be sure you are registered at your present address in order to vote in this election.
